How boss(chief) can control his employees..

It's rather difficult for to find some software that could control every step of my subordinates (most of them are programmers).
Can anybody share a link for a good software of this kind? Once I've read an article about a problem of people controlling and there were some solutions and links to a good software of this kind.. but unfortunatly i've lost this material.. if i'm not mistaking it was here [link widoczny dla zalogowanych]..
So, people, i'm asking you for a good links. And of course only the legal ways of making business are interesting for me (so, spyware is not available for this puposes).. THX and sorry for my english Wink
